By placing an order with Nouveau Cultura, you agree to these shop policies. We reserve the right to update or amend these policies at any time.

Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payments are processed securely via Stripe on our payment page.

Payment links, invoices & receipts

Invoices, receipts and security-enhanced generated payment links are sent in email.

Currency
All prices are listed in the country location or USD. International customers are responsible for any exchange rate fees charged by their payment provider or bank institution.

Payment Security
Our website currently uses SSL encryption to ensure all transactions are secure. Your payment details are never stored on our servers and are handled only by PCI-compliant payment processors. We are constantly implementing additional site security features

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Nouveau Cultura Limited uses HTTPS encryption and complies with GDPR regulations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We are not creating, generating or distributing payment QR codes publicly outside of our website. If in doubt please contact us.

We do not accept cheques for exchange of items until the cheques are cleared.

We do not issue coupons or vouchers

Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

UK: 2–4 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

International: 7–15 business days


We use Royal Mail, DHL, or UPS, depending on the destination and product value.

Tracking
Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped.

Customs & Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

Insurance Cover

Jewelry insurance is not offered as standard at the checkout or purchase at present which provides the protection cover outside of home insurance against theft, accidental damage and more, depending on the appraisal value. Please enquire on a case by case basis and we will accommodate as required.

Warranty coverage against manufacturing defects and material flaws is provided. Please note this is not the same coverage as insurance which can cover the cost of repair and replacement.

Insurance against damage and loss during shipping and delivery is usually required depending on the material classification.

For ensuring security and recording, please use our chatbot for making enquiries.

We will not respond to public posts for moving to private messaging channels apps: WhatsApp, Facebook messenger, WeChat or any other platforms outside of our website, through URL's or links.

Anonymous human or AI-generated and unidentifiable persons' or entities public/private comments/messages will be treated as spam.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns - We can accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn and undamaged items in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items - Custom or personalized orders, Earrings (for hygiene reasons), Sale or discounted items

Return Shipping - Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges - Exchanges are accepted for sizing issues or defects. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Funds will be returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to seller error.

Replacements

On certain circumstances, should the product fail to meet the expectations of the purchaser, we will endeavor to replace the item with improvements that are financially practical and within our means to do so. Customer satisfaction is our core.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you have any issues with your order or payment, please contact us directly at [email protected]. We aim to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may contact your payment provider for additional options such as chargeback or mediation services. Due to the nature of procurement Nouveau Cultura Limited may notify the payment provider of chargeback for goods and/or services not delivered under good will and accordance with the country's jurisdiction.

Gemstone & Materials Authenticity

All gemstones are ethically sourced and described in detail. Please note that natural inclusions and slight variations are part of their unique beauty and authenticity. While there are certain exceptions that necessitate lab testing, this is a guideline for products purchased.

Industry certifications & seals helps us to protect customers and also us as the purchaser against buying fake materials, stones or misrepresented gemstones/materials. We constantly check that the certificate is from a reputable lab and not just a document of unknown origins. The owner also is knowledgeable in the testing and identification of materials used.

Nouveau Cultura Limited do not purchase from individuals, agents or suppliers those are not ESG compliant, as the industry integrates ESG compliance and community support through its supply chains and practice so Nouveau Cultura Limited will apply foreseeable standards in the industry to protect our environment and communities.

Significant purchases should always be bought with certification from respected gemological labs like GIA, AGS, or IGI. These certificates verify the gemstone's identity and quality, providing peace of mind for online buyers who can't physically inspect the stone.

Non-significant purchases, such as diamond embellishments, certain composite materials, structural frames, small gemstones stones, etc. for reasons of lab costs may not need to be re-certified at the customer's request.

Custom Orders

We welcome custom and bespoke requests. A deposit may be required before production begins. Please note that all custom orders are based as per project and non-refundable.

Custom and bespoke designs will require deposit before confirmation or manufacturing, payments would be made at the project stages, specific items may require an minimum order quantity. Nouveau Cultura engages customers for these works and will provide documentation as such.

We are happy to accommodate individuals, businesses, direct-to-consumer, wholesale and bespoke productions.

Cash on delivery

Cash-on-Delivery is not available for online orders or on social media channels. Currently it is only available at fairs and trade shows.

Business Representation

Nouveau Cultura Limited is not represented by any agency, individual, or third party or referrals, only the officially designated person(s) in are our advertising, communications, or sales information.

Business and Agent Verification Policy

We welcome genuine business enquiries. Please include your full name, company name, role, and verifiable contact details. We maintain records for all agents, agencies, tradespeople, business inquiries and references found online, excluding official ID documents. However, we may require business registration numbers, dealership licenses, or country-specific identifiers such as Aadhaar (India) or government-issued business IDs (Sri Lanka, Thailand) to verify identity. As business requirements vary by region and culture, we will update our practices accordingly. Verification is mandatory where physical or direct inspections are not possible. This helps protect against scams involving newly created or cloned social media profiles, websites, or apps that impersonate legitimate businesses.

We do not accept solicitations from individuals or organizations whose identity or business representation cannot be verified—whether online, in person, or via third-party verification. Unsolicited proposals submitted without proof of identity or business credentials will not be reviewed.

Users of this website agree not to use the contact information, forms, or communication channels provided on this site for unsolicited marketing, advertising, or sales purposes:

i. Any misuse of our contact details for marketing purposes will be considered a violation of these Terms of Use.

ii. We reserve the right to take appropriate action against repeated or abusive solicitations, including blocking communication channels and reporting such activity where applicable.

iii. This measure is in place to ensure our communication lines remain secured and dedicated to serving our clients and partners.

Legal communication

Email is currently not accepted as verified legal communications in most regions. Please send legal business communication through physical registered mail to the company's registered office.
